Say hi.
Found a bug, want a tool we don't have, or just have a question? We read everything.
Questions
Yes. Every tool is free, with no premium tier, credits, or usage limits, and no account to create. Almost everything runs on your own device, which keeps the site cheap enough to run for free.
No. Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your file never reaches us. The few tools marked "Server" (PDF compression and the Office conversions) upload your file over HTTPS, convert it, and delete it as soon as the result is sent back, with an automatic clean-up of anything left behind within 30 minutes.
Use the form on this page and choose "Bug report". Tell us which tool, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and device help too. Please don't attach sensitive files.
